Limiting beliefs are little voices that go on inside our minds that have become so reflex, we don’t even realize they are guiding our very decisions of the moment. We need to become more aware of each moment and take the time to ask ourselves if this moment is joyful and moving toward our desires or is it energy spent on history.
But there are bills to pay and mouths to feed and commitments to be met! Not everything will change overnight unless you really want it to. Gypsies do it all the time! However, if we start becoming more aware of our thoughts in each moment, as we move forward into our new future, new enjoyable frontiers will appear. We need to be more thorough in our decision making(creation) to break the cycle of repetition.
What we are experiencing today are results of past decisions/choices. And until those past choices are exhausted, we will continue to be subjected to those experiences. The sooner we begin making better choices, the sooner they will show up and replace what we experience now, with new, more enjoyable ones. In the meantime, we can take a new look on the results of past choices knowing we are committed and in the future this is not going to happen again.
Especially within family units today, it is necessary to start becoming enchanted with life. We set examples every day without speaking a word. If you want peace, joy and abundance for yourself, want it more for your family. Show them they can live a life of happiness by changing yours. There is an old saying “If momma ain’t happy, ain’t no-one happy”. This not only applies to momma, but papa too, and it filters to everyone. Children take on the assumption they are the cause of familial dysfunction. Give them a break, starting today!
Until next time….
