The second Universal Law: The Law of Creation. The Universe is constantly creating. The trees, the grass, the flowers, the birds, the insects, the wildlife are constantly creating. The trees in spring create new buds, leaves, branches, blossoms, and seeds. The grass grows and grows and grows. The flowers peak through the ground, grow leaves, buds, blossoms and seeds. The birds make nests, lay eggs, grow baby birds, teach them to fly, and fend for themselves. Insects like ants continue to labour every day carrying soil from their nest in the ground, while others gather food. Chipmunks and squirrels constantly search for food to eat and store for the next winter.
You continue to create within yourself. Your nails grow, the hair on your head, your heart beats, new cells are born everyday. The same energy source that grows an acorn to an oak tree is the same energy that grows your nails and beats your heart. Source energy is always creating. We as humans have an extra element beyond other animate and inanimate life. We have a conscience mind. Most of us have reasoning power. That power is based upon our experiences in life or our belief system. While the inanimate just grow, the animate wildlife are able to make homes and multiply, we have the ability to create beyond procreation. We can build inanimate objects, learn new arts and science, write so as to communicate with others in both positive and negative ways above and beyond natural instinct.
Take note of yourself the next time you decide to do something- anything, fold a piece of paper, get a coffee or tea, have some lunch or dinner, and you will find the first thing that happens is a thought. Much of what we do is reflex but the beginning step, is a thought. I’m hungry, a hamburger would go good…. I’m thirsty, I need a drink. Before we do or create anything, it begins with a thought.
In my next post, we will go further into the thought creation process.
